Choose from over 20 of London’s best group exercise classes each week. Classes last 30-60 minutes and are available at lunchtime and in the evening. Please note that classes do not need to be booked in advance.

Classes are included in your inclusive membership and are constantly reviewed to provide you with the most innovative programme.

Ab Attack
An excellent class designed to strengthen and tone the “core” of your body. Concentrating on abdominal work, trunk strength, lower back and the obliques.

Awesome Abs
Designed to give your abdominal area a 100% workout! The ultimate core strengthening class.

Aquafit / Deepwater
An aerobics class in water, using powerful moves against water resistance. This class is particularly good for people who are new to exercise, recovering from injury or are pregnant. The Thursday Aquafit will include some deepwater work for that extra challenge!

Body Conditioning
This class is designed to tone your body and burn fat. The aerobic moves are minimal and easy to follow. It uses a combination of upper and lower body exercises and is suitable for all.

Cardio Box
Designed to thoroughly strengthen, stretch and energise the entire body, whilst also improving your general fitness. The class combines aerobic and boxing movements to create a great and challenging cardiovascular workout.

Circuit Training
A whole body workout combining aerobic and muscle work with music.

Dance Combat
Specially designed cardio workouts from “Sanjuro Training Systems” that use a variety of martial art techniques to get and keep you fit.  With no two classes ever the same you will be stimulated to come back time and again. The beginner’s class is suitable for those who are new to dance combat.

Freestyle Fitness Yoga
This class incorporates deep stretching, Yoga postures and Pilate’s exercises. Anyone taking part can expect to improve their flexibility greatly in 8 weeks. You will use the body’s stabilising muscles to improve posture and move with more confidence.

Hatha Yoga
This class is designed to increase flexibility and strengthen muscles.

Hi/Lo Aerobics
An aerobics class consisting of traditional dance-inspired routines combining ‘low impact’ (one foot always on the floor) and ‘high impact’ routines. Classes are preferable for those looking for low to moderate intensity exercise that allows you to increase your hear rate and improve circulation.

Indoor Cycling
An intensive group workout to music on stationary bikes.  Let the instructor take you on a journey over hills and on flat plains.  Beginners need to arrive five minutes early. The advanced class is suitable for those who have been indoor cycling for some time.

Legs, Bums & Tums
This class involves a low impact section of aerobics followed by body conditioning exercises that focus on the legs, tummy and bottom.  This class is suitable for beginners and intermediate levels.

Pilates
A body conditioning technique designed to stretch, strengthen and balance the body.  Pilates targets the deep postural muscles through a series of exercises aimed at building muscle strength and rebalancing the body.

Pump
An all over body workout using free weight barbells to strengthen and tone.

Stretch & Relax
An exercise class to music where the stretch positions are held to aid mobility and help relax.

Thai Kickbox
A self-defence class involving kick boxing techniques to develop fitness and strength. This energising workout combines basic boxing moves with pad work and partner work.

Zumba
An exhilarating, effective, easy-to-follow, Latin-inspired calorie-burning dance.
