The Club boasts three fully air conditioned fitness areas.  Refurbished with technogym cardiovascular and strength training equipment, we also have a selection of free weights.

At the start of your membership you will be offered a free fitness assessment with a male/female fitness instructor.  This will measure your present fitness level. We will then develop a fitness programme for you, designed to improve all aspects of your physical well-being.  The instructor will ensure that you are using the equipment in a safe way to maximise its benefit to you. Programmes can be reviewed at any time and as often as you feel necessary. Please note there are no extra costs involved in this process.

Gym Challenges
Designed to increase participation and enjoyment, past gym challenges have included treadmill races, spinathon, rowing challenges and Superstars.
