Choose from some of London’s best group exercise classes each week. Classes last between 45-60 minutes and are available at lunchtime and in the evening. Please note that classes do not need to be booked in advance.

Classes are included in your inclusive membership and are constantly reviewed to provide you with the most innovative programme.

Acroflow
Focussed on Capoeira acrobatic movements. It is suitable for all levels and builds up from basic movements such as handstands and cartwheels to back flips.

Budokon Flow Yoga
A beautiful warrior inspired flow yoga – the balance between your inner yogi and your inner warrior. Balance work combined with fun warrior variations ensure this a fun class.

Capoeira
Take your body in all directions; bend, twist, stretch, curl and kick to improve your balance, flexibility, co-ordination and strength with this class that originates from Afro-Brazilian martial arts.

Cardio Box
A whole body workout with glove and pad combinations.

Circuit Training
A whole body workout combining aerobic and muscle work with music.

Dynamic Flow Yoga
A powerful flow, rooted in yoga heritage but providing a workout for the body in a modern dynamic way. A blend of strong yoga flow and strengthening exercises that will support all components of your growing yoga practice.

Hatha Yoga
This class is designed to increase flexibility and strengthen muscles.

Kung Fu
A Chinese martial art which aims to develop self-defence skills, improve fitness, coordination and awareness.

Latin & Ballroom Dance
Designed for adults who wish to learn to dance socially. It will increase your confidence, improve your posture and social skills in a relaxed and fun atmosphere.

Mummy and Me Fitness
Baby friendly postnatal fitness is a recovery class which helps you get back in shape after your new arrival. Working your core and pelvic floor, preparing your body for more mainstream fitness classes.

Pilates
A body conditioning technique designed to stretch, strengthen and balance the body. Pilates targets the deep postural muscles through a series of exercises aimed at building muscle strength and rebalancing the body.

Power Yoga
Designed to build strength, balance and flexibility of both the body and the mind. Power Yoga gives you a thorough workout whilst helping you find peace and inner balance.

Pump
An all over body workout using free weight barbells to strengthen and tone.

Suspended Movement Training
Is a form of resistance training that uses bodyweight exercises for strength, balance, flexibility and joint stability. Suspension Training develops physical strength using
functional movements and dynamic positions.

Vinyasa Flow Yoga
A lively flow with pace and grace in equal measures. Exploring both your inner dancer and your inner warrior. Expect to flex, stretch and work your body in this well round practice.
