Who is VO2 Personal Training?
Vince Halpern has a masters degree in sport & exercise science from Leeds University and is a member of the register of exercise professionals. He has over ten years experience of gym instructing and personal training.
As an elite road race cyclist and former England representative, Vince has developed a passion for health, exercise and nutrition. He uses this passion to help people in all walks of life and fitness levels to reach their health and fitness goals.
Vince’s own experience of athletic competition and training, combined with an in depth knowledge of sports and fitness, makes him able to train all individuals uniquely.

Personal Training Fees:
Single session £40
6 Session course £180 (£30/hr)
12 Session course £336 (£28/hr)
24 Sessions course £600 (£25/hr)
Each session lasts one hour unless otherwise arranged.
Cancellation made under 24 hours prior to the session – full fee payable
