The first meeting usually includes a free in-depth consultation and fitness assessment. You are under no obligation to take up personal training at this time. If you decide that personal training can help you, we will then arrange our first training session.
For optimum results we recommend at least 3 months of Personal Training, although results can be seen in as little as 6 weeks.
How many you do with your personal trainer is up to you. Whatever you decide upon we will help give you guidance for the sessions you train without your trainer.

Who is VO2 Personal Training?
Vince Halpern has a masters degree in sport & exercise science from Leeds University and is a member of the register of exercise professionals.  He has over ten years experience of gym instructing and personal training.

As an elite road race cyclist and former England representative, Vince has developed a passion for health, exercise and nutrition.  He uses this passion to help people in all walks of life and fitness levels to reach their health and fitness goals.

Vince’s own experience of athletic competition and training, combined with an in depth knowledge of sports and fitness, makes him able to train all individuals uniquely.

Introductory Offers – Free Fitness Test when you book a course of personal training sessions.

Personal Training Fees:

Single session £40
6 Session course £180 (£30/hr)
12 Session course £336 (£28/hr)
24 Sessions course £600 (£25/hr)

Each session lasts one hour unless otherwise arranged.

Cancellation made under 24 hours prior to the session – full fee payable
