How do I book?

What happens next?
The first meeting usually includes a free in-depth consultation and fitness
assessment. You are under no obligation to take up personal training at
this time. If you decide that personal training can help you, we will
then arrange our first training session.
How many sessions?
For optimum results we recommend at least 3 months of Personal Training,
although results can be seen in as little as 6 weeks.
How many sessions per week?
How many you do with your personal trainer is up to you. Whatever you
decide upon we will help give you guidance for the sessions you train
without your trainer.
What will a training session involve?
- Aerobic training
- Weight training
- Core stability
- Sports coaching
- Specific training (cycling, swimming, running or triathlon)
- One to One boxing training
